Stuffing Ingredients:

1 Jar of Blackberry jam

Ingredients for the cookie’s dough:

250g Flour
250 g Butter
100 g Sugar
130g peeled almond
1 egg white

Preparation:

You knead everything very well. It is spread with a roll on top on a stone and form biscuits with a plate of dessert diameter and with a thickness no more than 0,5 cm. Make about 5 cookies, which will bake in the oven until is golden. After being cooked, it overlaps with each other, being previously stuffed with Beirabaga Blackberry Jam.

You can sprinkle the cookie with a little-powdered sugar.

Note: This cake is laborious, but it's a delight. Very good to accompany tea in a party
