This Raspberry Jam with Honey is prepared with Portuguese Raspeberries and Serramel Wild Lavender Honey. Traditional methods of manufacture, coupled with scrupulous hygiene, are applied. Free from artificial colour and preservatives. Raspeberries are grown in Cova da Beira, in the center of Portugal, where there is a production unit of small fruits.
