This Apple and Chestnut Jam is prepared according to an old recipe. Traditional methods of manufacture, coupled with scrupulous hygiene, are applied. Free from artificial colour and preservatives, produced only with fruit and sugar. It is produced from national apples from Beira Alta and chestnut grown in Trás-os-Montes, in the North of Portugal.
