This fig jam is prepared according to an old recipe developed by nuns in their convents. Traditional methods of manufacture, coupled with scrupulous hygiene, are applied. Free from artificial colour and preservatives.
The figs are grown in Beira Baixa and Trás-os-Montes, in Portugal, where sunny conditions provide their excellent flavour.
